Sep 04, 2015 When I approached Panasonic for a solution so I can preview RW2 photos taken with my Lumix DMC-LX100 camera they advised me to download Microsoft Camera Codec Pack (6.3.9721.0) however the is the incorrect version for Windows 10. Test your camera with the Camera app. Select Start, then choose Camera from the list of apps. If you're asked to allow access to the Camera, select Yes. If the camera works in the Camera app, the problem might be with the app you're trying to use. If your camera still doesn’t work, here are some other things to try.
